Mr. Sadanand Morab has rich experience in handling administration for Responsive Industries Limited for more than two decades and is well versed with Administration and Liasoning activities, matters related to taxation audit and filings for the Company.

Mr. Sanjiv Swarup is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Lawyer with over 45 years of vigorous experience in corporate governance, management consulting, strategic advisory, and business administration. He has extensive expertise in corporate strategy, governance practices, and business advisory services. He is also actively involved in social and community development initiatives, including smart agriculture, cancer prevention, and humanitarian activities.

Mr. Ajay Shanghavi is a skilled professional with over 38 years of enriching experience in leading and expansion of various medium and large-scale companies, specialised in setting up greenfield projects, business acquisition, managing businesses, fund raising through equity and debt, restructuring of companies, amalgamation of companies, audit and compliance.

Ms. Jeny Gowadia is an experienced practicing Company Secretary with more than a decade’s experience in corporate law, governance, and regulatory compliance. She has worked closely with boards and senior management, providing strategic guidance and ensuring robust compliance frameworks in line with statutory and regulatory requirements.
