Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director & Chairman
BSC Graduate in Mechanical Engineering & Business Administration. Having more than 15 Years of experience in complete value chain of the vinyl flooring business. Also having experience with CRA International strategy consultants in Boston, MA. His experience spans sales, marketing, production, finance, strategy and human resources, etc. Being a Chairman he is responsible for strategically aligning the business towards a growth trajectory by focusing on improving sales infrastructure, upgrading marketing message, streamlining finance activities and focusing on human resources.
Whole-Time Director & CEO
Mr. Mehul Vala is an experienced professional with more than 2 decades of experience in consulting corporates on finance, strategy, operations, resource management, communications and overall management. He has a thorough understanding of industry norms, financial structures, and business structures and has the necessary experience to navigate an organization towards operational and business excellence. He is an Electrical engineer graduate from MS University, Baroda Gujarat. He acts as the CEO of the Company and is responsible for day to day activities of the Company across all the locations.

Mr. Morab is a graduate from Commerce faculty from Karantaka University, Dharvad and he has also done his post-graduation from Commerce faculty from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. He is associated with the Company since more than two decades and he has hands on experience in Administration, - Liasoning work for Corporates. Mr. Morab is also having experience in handling matters of Indirect Taxes pertaining to Customs Act, Excise, GST, etc. and has experience in smooth functioning of admin department at factory level. He is handling overall function related to admin and liasioning at factory level of the Company. The Board of Directors has considered his knowledge and expertise which would help the Company in the long run and smooth functioning of the administration department of the Company.
